I see Dr Rob Watson - ###-###-####.

He's fabulous! He delivers at Baylor All Saints and his office are in the attached professional building.

I haven't had a baby, but he delivered for a friend of mine last year and she couldn't say anything but good things about him and his staff. She referred me to him.

For both of my previous deliveries, I've gone to Dr. Royce Barrington - and my second was delivered at the new Baylor All Saints in downtown Fort Worth just after it opened (awesome hospital!!)

He has offices in both NRH and downtown Fort Worth. The downtown office is in a building immediately next to the Baylor Women's Center, on the same grounds. As my OB, I loved the guy - he's very personal with a dry sense of humor, but will definitely call it as he sees it. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a good doctor in the area. His nurses are very friendly and responsive as well.

Fort Worth office = ###-###-####

Oh, and as for the poster below who commented about most doctors pushing for inductions, etc... Dr. Barrington is not a fan of unnecessary inducing - but he will accommodate a pleading request once you've hit the 40-week mark... :)

Hope this helps!

I use Dr. Robert Zwernemann and I think he is fantastic. His office is on Terrell and Alston. He is very good about not making you wait long in the office and has a great personality. I feel like I am visiting with a friend when I go in. He is very patient, doesn't rush me and answers all my questions. I am delivering there in June. Anyway, his number is ###-###-####. He is in a practice with a bunch of women - which told me something and his wife is a pediatrician. Good luck and Gos bless!

I know you said doctors, but my midwives moved to Baylor about a year ago. There are seven or eight midwives and I just loved them. They are also connected to a physicians group who I visited on occasion. Texas Health Care Midwives. Nancy Jo, Brenda,Susan, Sharon - GREAT!
They do deliver in the hospital and do support pain managment options. Very wonderful. I have their old information, but if you do a google search or call Baylor, they should be able to set you up.

If you are meaning the new Andrew Womens Hospital at Baylor All Saints, my doctor delivers there. He delivered my first son at Harris Downtown and now he will be delivering my new son at Andrew. His name is Dr. Larry Tatum. Ste 440, 1250 8th Avenue, Fort Worth - ###-###-####

Good Luck!

I went to the Texas Health Care Nurse Midwives. They were an excellent practice that has an obstetrician that is a backup if you need to have a c-section. I wanted more options for my labor so I went with a midwife. They are less likely to induce you, or push unnecessary drugs on you. If you need them though, they are available. I found that most Ob's push for inductions and are more likely to do episiotomies and cesareans than midwives. With your search, I would go to the ones you are interested in and ask for an interview. They are working for you, so you should get what you want. Good luck with your search!!
