Does Anyone Know a Good Church ?

Hello,
My parents go to Woods Chapel Baptist Church, and I grew up going there as well. My sister and her husband go there as well as some good friends of mine. It is a great church to raise your children in. It is at the corner of California and Bowen (just North of I-20). My husband and I attend Mayfield Rd. Baptist Church, but it is more East on Mayfield (close to 360). Let me know if you want to know more info.

We go to a Small Babtist Church in South Arlington
right off Sublett Road. You go past Cooper towards 287 and
it will be on your right.

I have a 2 and 3 year old and they go to a classroom,
and have fun learning. They always have something to bring home
coloring, art with the story they learned about.

Its been great for them. Since your son would be in the small classroom, I be happy to show you around. Its small but big enough to have stuff for the kids. There is also a room for your 15 mo as well.

This is my only break all week long so I look forward to this time
and the kids have fun too.

I go to Sublett Rd Baptist Church. It is off Sublett and Kelly Elliot. It is a great church. It is not that big, but we are growing (especially in the nursery). The people there are wonderful. I have been going there for about 6 years now. The paster (Bro. Morrow) is a great and inspiring preacher. Please come by and visit us. We have Sunday School at 9:45AM and services at 10:45AM Sunday Morning. We also have services Sunday night (6:30pm) and Wednesday (7pm). Look forward to having you visit.

My family & I go to Lake Arlington Baptist Church. It is not a small church, but we love it. We came from a small church in Hurst to this one & couldn't be any happier. It is off of Little Rd. Just north of Mayfield. You can check them out at www.labc.com Good luck in finding a church.

I don't know exactly what part of Arlington you're looking at, and I know this isn't exactly "south" but I thought I'd tell you anyway. My dad is the pastor of University Baptist Church on Park Row and just west of Cooper (right across the street from Arlington High). It's a little church, but the people are very loving and kind.

I know an awesome church, that your kids will LOVE. It is in Southlake. It might be far for you to drive but you should try it just once. It is not a small church, but it has the BEST pastor you could ever find. You should check out the website. www.gatewaypeople.com I found this church several years ago, and i have not missed a weekend service yet. It is that good.

We go to Fielder Road Baptist Church. It's huge but we really enjoy the tradional service! :) Good Luck!

You should check out Crossroads Christian Church. It's on S. Highway 360 in the Grand Prairie/Mansfield area. Their website is www.crossroadschristian.net. Crossroads especially caters to kids, and there are a ton of activities and small groups for adults to get involved in as well. I have been a member there for 12 years now so if you have any questions, just let me know.
