Sounds like early labor to me! Stick close to home and have that hospital bag close by!!! Good Luck! :)
Last night I was bending over and picking up a game that my child left out when my back suddenly hurt really bad...I thought maybe I had threw it out. I still have the extreme back pain and now Im rather wet down south and cant tell if it is because my water has broken or not. This is my second child and when my water broke with my first, it was very disgunishible between urine and my water breaking...Anyone know whats going on? Have I gone into labor? BTW I just turned 8 months on the 30th of June
thanks to everyone who responded...it was a false alarm...they think it might be an infection so they put me on antibiotics...other than that, all is well thank you again

This does sound like early labour to me. I would recommend you contact your obstetrician so that they can anticipate your arrival and avise you accordingly. Start monitoring yourself for contractions - strength and frequency. It sounds like your amniotic fluid is leaking out, so your delivery may be imminent, or you may need to be examined. Contact the doctor! All the best!
I would go to ER or atleast call doctor.
ZOMG you logged onto mamasource instead of calling the Dr? I hope you have gone to the Dr by now!

Call your Doctor's office!!

GO TO THE HOSPITAL! When my water broke....it was just a small tear, such a small trickle...barely noticed it..3 hours later...baby boy. Have you called your doc? I'm sure they would want to evaluate you. Good luck, I wish you the best!
You definately have to get examined! I hope you have called by now. good luck!!!!!!
in labor and writing to us? interesting
Call your OB doctor RIGHT NOW and explain what happened including that you are "wet down south"!! If you have gone into labor the baby needs to be delivered ASAP, and if you have not at least you'll have the peace of mind knowing everything is alright! And you won't know either of that until you are seen by your OB doctor.
(I know this may sound harsh but it is meant in a loving way: when you are pregnant you don't fool around with anything that happens to you. I'd rather be safe than sorry.)
I hope that by the time you get this you have called your OB doc and are being seen.
It sounds like you could have gone into pre-labor, with a water break (sometimes it's a dribble, instead of a gush). What's the harm of being checked out by your doctor? :)
Sounds possible you are in the early stages----I would call the obgyn office to speak to the nurse answering the phone calls now---------------
You should go to the ER right away. Your water could be leaking out slowly. The baby could be in seriuos danger.
