Increased levels of the hormone prolactin can cause milk production in the breasts. Prolactin can be elevated in people with hypothyroidism, people taking certain medications, or with a benign (non-cancerous) tumor of the pituitary gland in the brain. There are a few other reasons for increased prolactin and sometimes the reason for increased levels cannot be identified (called idiopathic). I would double check with a pregnancy test and visit your doctor to get some testing done. It is probably not a serious problem, but it should be looked into.

I would call your doctor to be on the safe side. You can also take a PG test, but as a woman going through breast cancer right now, any question in my mind at all would have me calling the doc ASAP. I'm not trying to be an alarmist or scare you in any way, but really....you should have it checked out just to be sure. It may be perfectly normal, but I would want to know sooner rather than later if it wasn't.

It is possible you are pregnant, take a test. If its negative ask your doctor. Have you ever seen the show "I didn't know I was pregnant"? There are some cases of women getting pregnant, though they were having normal periods and everything and went into labor without knowing they were preggers, so I would check it out.

Over stimulation can cause the breasts to act as if you are pregnant. A person who adopts a baby can in fact breast feed that baby given the proper stimulation. So, it could just be that, but take some precautionary steps and get a PG test.

Yes, if you have had unprotected sex without the use of birth control (which the pull-out method is not), you could be pregnant. This could be totally normal, this could be happening because of a pregnancy, or there could be something worse happening. I think you should call your doctor/nurse and see if they suggest a doctor visit. I wouldn't mess around with guessing what it could be in case you need a biopsy.

Go to the Dr. It could be lots of things but I really think you need to get it checked out.

I had an early miscarriage when I was in my 20's. About 8 months later my milk came in because I had never had a D. & C. The doc found tissue when he did one that confirmed I had been pregnant. I had never even had any symptoms and I was like clockwork when it came to my periods. It had to have been just weeks along when I miscarried. I would have the doc check me out if it were me.

Please go to the doctors. It could be anything or nothing at all. Play it safe and get checked out professionally.

My tubes are tied, and my breast still leak once in a while, my daughter is over two years old. They leak during intimacy, after the shower. Not a lot, but enough to be noticed. So if leaking breast is a sign of pregnancy, it's a miracle baby. LOL

To be on the safe side, I would however go get a PG test, 15-20 dollars is worth knowing. Good luck!!
