No, the bottles that are BPA free start in 2008 I think (maybe 2007).
Are the bottles BPA free from 2004?? I saved my daughters bottles and I am wanting my son to use them. Thanks so much!
Thanks Ladies!!! I have gotten rid of the old bottles. I had no clue about BPA until just recently.

yes my son was born in 2007 and we got the dr brown bottles. it wasnt until early 2008 that dr brown came out with the bpa free bottles. you can tell they are the bpa free bc they are not a clear plastic..more of a milky white color. one great tip..go to babiers r us nd take all of your old bottles and they will replace them, for free, for the BPA ones...savend me some $$!!
No they are not, while there are better plastic options, the safest options are the glass...
They are not BPA free. My son is 1 1/2 now and I received some Dr. Brown's bottles at a shower. At the time I didn't know about BPA, but I didn't end up using the bottles anyway. By the time I made it to the store to return them, I got almost nothing for them because they had begun carrying the BPA free ones. Hope this helps....
Unfortunately not. The BPA Free bottles just came out late 2008.
No they are not. My son was born in 2007 before all of the BPA stuff came out. I had to stop using the Dr. Brown's bottles that I had bought at his birth and they have since changed them to be BPA free.
