what does it mean when your coworker dreams your pregnant?
I have been wanting to have another baby...
It doesn't mean anything more than when YOU dream that you fly. It is a person's brains way of dealing with thoughts, emotions and events. She may think of you as a "motherly" or loving person and that is how her brain manifested it.
It means your co-worker dreamed you were pregnant.
depends on the co-worker. Does she/he seem somewhat clairvoyant? Is the co-worker worried you will leave and just having dreams out of anxiety?
Could mean nothing or you could be pregnant or going to get pregnant. Do you want to be pregnant? If not, and you aren't......I'd be especially careful right now.

This made me chuckle a little bit! :-) IMO - your friend had a dream. So what? My best friend dreamt not long ago that my four sons were actually cats! If dreams are supposed to mean something, I would need to be pretty concerned, but alas, my four sons are still boys. Don't read too much into dreams, especially other people's dreams about you. If you're meant to do something, I'm pretty sure you'd get the message for yourself, not through a co-worker.
It means they had a dream. I have weird dreams all the time. Last night I dreamed I had a baby, I woke up with a tummy ache. Dreams are your head thinking.
Often times a birth or pregnancy in dreams means that something new is going to happen or is happening. But just because she dreamed that you were pregnant, doesn't mean that the new thing is or is going to happen to you. It could have nothing to do with you at all and be completely be about her and you just represent some part of something in her life, either a personality trait or a situation.
Doesn't mean that you will :)
A dream is just a dream. Maybe she wants to become pregnant but hasn't and thinks that everyone around her is. I wouldn't read anything into it.

How well do you know her? And how much do you discuss your personal affairs with her?
Sounds like you want to have a baby and she has dreamed it for you. Or maybe she's hoping you'll go away on maternity leave.
i'd be a bit worried my coworker was dreaming about me.....but it doesnt mean anything.
