I know some of you here are seamstresses...

I am interested in an adjustable dress form. I have used professional ones (non adjustable) in costume shops, but need a sturdy one for use at home as I will be adjusting it for clients as well.

I have read myriad reviews on line, and in fact have posted to one site to ask for recommendations. I would like to have a more 'personal' suggestion...

Anyone?

Oh B...TY! I must be having a brain cramp. I went straight to looking at sites where they are sold! Will take a look...ty!

What can I do next?

My daughter bought an adjustable dress form at Hancock's for about $100.

I am not sure if Hancock's is nationwide but they had 3-4 different forms that were adjustable for selections (ex: petite, etc)

You might get more info from a site that's specifically about sewing.

I don't know much about them except what I can find out through Google.
I've made a few costumes, can sew on buttons/patches and repair seams but my experience is so intermittent I'm really a beginner sewer.
