Unfortunately neither line can be purchased in store. Good luck!
I have a friend who has a boy who is about to turn 1. She's very into green, organic, etc. I'd like to get her son a toddler tableware set that is free of toxins, but stylish. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance!

My eco friendly mom friend just bought some camping utensils at REI. They weren't cheap, about $4 a set, but they were the right size for her 3 y/o and not sharp or dangerous and they are metal so you can wash and reuse. They are on a ring so especially good for snacks at the park and play dates.
I dont know anything that is green an plastic unfortunately! I am really into this, so much so that I am starting a web site to sell green toys (I buy so many!)
The only thing my toddler eats with is glass and stainless steel table ware. If he/she is still taking a sippy cup go to www.newbornfree.com they are made of BPA free plastic. Not very cute, but useful! :O)
Let me know if you find anything!
Klean Kanteen water bottles. They come in a 12 oz with a safe avent sippy lid. Can change the lid as child gets older. You can also purchase a Built NY thirsty tote for the bottle to keep hands from getting too cold. www.kleankanteen.com. Maybe REI has these not sure.
Personally have these and will not ever use plastic again!!!
My kids use stainless silverware. Oneida makes this - kind of spendy for a set though. Buy her small corelle plates and bowls - they are lead free and almost indestructable (unless she has concrete floors like we do!).
SIgg bottles are cute but they have a weird plastic lining. Steer clear.
Good luck and let us know what you find.

This website is great to get great non-toxic baby eating stuff.

I personally use some of the sassy stuff because it was widely available at "regular" baby stores when I was wanting to buy my stuff. It has held up well, and I am very happy with it.
Hi. You might try the Whole Foods Store they carry all kinds of lunch boxes etc. Also the Right Start store, has several eco-friendly items and feeding items for kids and they may have something I do not know where you are located, there is a Right Start at Lover and Inwood in Inwood Village.
Good Luck. I too am a mom to an 18 month old adorable girl with a boy on the way!
