My 3 year old son has eczema as well, we use Aveeno baby wash, and in the spring when it is worse we use the intense moisture variety and do the oatmeal bath product about once a week. i also put the Aveeno lotion on him both in the mornings and and at night in very heavy doses.

My son had eczema and our doctor recommended just plain ol' Aveeno Baby wash and cream and his cleared right up. Hope it works for you as well as it did for us!

My niece is 18mo and has bad eczema. The thing that has helped her most is Aquafor. It is very greasy but it keeps her from breaking out so much. They put it on her every night before bed. You can buy it at places like Target and Walmart. The Aveeno did not work for her.

Eczema is often the result of a food allergy (although, some environmental allergies as well). Have you seen an allergist to have her tested? It may be as simple as removing foods from her diet that are causing her body to have this reaction. The two top allergy causers are milk and soy, so you could try eliminating those - it can take a while for all of it to get out of her system. Milk I know takes 21 days to clear your system.

Both of my boys have eczema. I use dove unscented soap, and aveeno lotion. After a couple of days of putting the lotion on it clears up, but as soon as you forget (like I do) then it comes back. But my Ped. just told me that she prefers eucerin. I haven't switched, so I don't know which is better. Hope this helps.

Does she have any food allergies? My son suffers from eczema, but it is worse when he has had dairy or soy. When these two foods are out of his diet, he almost has no problems at all.
Also try Eucerin Calming lotion.
