My 9 month old eats pretty much anything. However I feel that I am feeding him a lot of the same things and am looking for some suggestions for his meals. Thanks!
Some of the things I am feeding him are cheese toast, chicken , cereal , cheese rice, Cherrios, Crackers, eggs, along with fruits and veggies.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank you for the advice. I guess you could say the problem is solved in a way, he has moved into a stage of selective eating. He will choose one item from a meal and refuse much of the rest. However, I am still getting enough variety into him that I am not worried.

He can have chicken nuggets, spagehetti, fish sticks. I think that if you are feeding him that stuff and he likes it then I would give him anything that you are having except steak and that kind of meat I know that my kids always ate what we were eating.

At 9 months old, I'd just chunk up whatever you are eating for lunch and dinner. He can have meats, veggies, fruits, hotdishes, pancakes/waffles, anything you are eating.

Some good finger foods include turkey, chicken, cooked veggies cut up, soft fruits (roll mushy ones in crushed cheerio's so they are easier to pick up), toast, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, applesauce, dry cereal, meals you prepare cut up into chunks. :)

I agree with Becky. My almost 1 year old (his birthday is in 12 days :)) has been eating everything we eat since he was 8 months old (with the exception of the "no-no's" before a year foods). Until very recently he only had 2 teeth, the two bottom middle teeth, and has never had a problem with any food we've given him.
