Has anyone used Fuzzi Bunz diapers? I currently use Bum Genius 3.0 and love them but I am considering getting some Fuzzi Bunz because they have snaps. Please let me know what you think about Fuzzi Bunz perfect fit diaper.

I love the Fuzzi Bunz I have for my 8 month old son. He is chunky and tall but the mediums fit great and the larges look like they will fit him till he is potty trained. I try all my brands one at a time though, sometimes they just fit different kiddos differently. I use myuseddiapers.com to find them used, try'em out and then decided if I want to invest more money in a certain brand. But Fuzzi Bunz it one of the brands I will always buy, I love the snaps and the trim fit!

I love them. They are kinda expensive and can't be reused without washing (like other diaper covers), but they do a great job of wicking away the moisture from my daughter's skin. I use them overnight, because she remains comfortable until morning. They are very easy to use and wash.

I have a few with snaps and most without, and I don't look forward to using the ones with snaps because they can be a challenge to close as my baby wiggles and squirms. Just my two cents....

I've loved my few through 2 kids now. I use a large variety of cloth.

I am looking into getting into the cloth diaper market and there is a new snap one size diaper called the gro baby that seems to be getting great reviews. What I have heard about fuzzi bunz is mostly good, some leaking, but hard to find sometimes.

I LOVE FBs and everyone I know that has used them has liked them as well. I have a long, skinny boy (28 lbs. at almost 3 yrs) and the regular mediums fit fine and so did the petite size when he outgrew smalls (he's not in diapers anymore but the mediums/petites lasted until he was potty trained). The snaps take a second more to secure to baby then velcro but ALL of my velcro Bum Genius ones don't stick to the laundry tabs anymore and they always get hung up in the wash and most aren't even a year old, while some are two years old. So I prefer the snaps for that reason alone. Also, the FB are WAY easier imo to stuff than the BGs...much quicker to do laundry.

Loved them for my daughter, not as much for my son. I think all cloth fits differently so you may want to get one to try it out. As a newborn they were ok on him but now he has chunky legs and even on the bigger setting they seemed tight on him.

I would look into getting one used on diaperswappers.com to try before investing lots of money on any kind of diaper.

Love them, love them, love them. After trying several brands this is what I found to work best for us. I joke that cloth diapers are a little like us women finding jeans, when you do find some that fit and work well for you buy them! You did not say if your Bum Genius are the AIO, if they are that might be cheaper because you do have to purchase different sizes in the FB. So awesome you are cloth diapering!

This is a little different than what you are used to but I use gdiapers. Check them out online at www.gdiapers.com. They are a little pricy to get started just like all the others, but they are so worth it. The difference is that the inserts are flushable so you don't need as many covers. If you can't or don't want to flush them they decompose in 2 months as opposed to 500 years like disposables. The only place I found them is Whole Foods or online. It was a better option for me because I didn't want to do all the laundry!

Good Luck!

I did not like them for my daughter. She's tall and thin, and the FuzziBunz seem to fit very big. I ended up selling the ones I bought, because the were so big on her! The BumGenius 3.0's work great for us, although I prefer fitteds because they are easier to take care of (easier to wash without worrying so much about the detergent build up, etc). Hope that helps!

I have never used Fuzzi Bunz but a friend of mine did and they did not fit her skinny children at all. She switched to flats and covers.

I actually run Babies Bottoms and More, a cloth diaper store in Farmers Branch and would be happy to have you come look and touch all the different kinds of diapers. We carry a bunch of different one size pocket diapers, with and without snaps, including Rumparooz, Happy Heiny's, Mommy's Touch, BumGenius (including their organic all in one's with snaps), Tiny Tush, Drybees, and Thirsties.

We're open Tu and Th 9:30-1:30 by appointment only and on Saturday's 1-4. Please call if you'd like to set up a time to come by! ###-###-####.

We also have a great referral program where you can earn store credit for referring your friends.
