Twister is good for all ages, and tons of fun. I always buy this as a gift for children that have siblings.
My niece is 4 years old. She has 2 sisters ages 9 & 7, married into the family. I want to include Christmas gifts for all 3 girls but can not afford to buy 3 separate gifts. What are good group gift ideas for the 3 girls. Like a gift that would be good for them all.

Movie passes or gift cards for McDonalds.
start a new tradition with the girls and buy them a family game. my dad did this for my sister and i. every year we got a new family game and we always had fun learning a new game and having family time!!
A fun family movie with a cute bowl and popcorn.
Classic game? (Apples to Apples, Checkers, Backgammon)
A beautiful Classic book(s)? Wind in the Willows, Carlottes Web...hardback.
Movie Basket with a DVD, popcorn, a few boxes of theater candy?
How about a movie theme. Get a cute popcorn bowl, a whole box or a few packages of microwave popcorn, some containers of yummy cheddar, butter, and white cheddar popcorn sprinkle, boxes of candy (which you can get for a $1 at the dollar store or Target dollar section) and put in a gift card to pick out movies at blockbuster, or redbox, or to a movie theater. Wrap it up in some cute cellophane basket wrap and tie with a big bow :)
I agree with a fun family movie (if girls, all movies including puppies are awesome) with a bag of popcorn, some caprisuns, and a couple of sodas for the adults! Done!
A dance video game (if they have kinnect)
Movie Tickets for the family
Board game (Ingenius is one that toddlers to adults have fun with, but there are many other options... just make sure not to get one that's only fun for a toddler)
Bath stuff (bubbles etc.)
Do they have a gaming console of some kind? Wii's just dance is really fun, we always do that at parties with kids, grown ups etc. My husband likes to play the Mario games with the kids too... What about movie gift cards, or some kind of board game?
When I read your question, I immediately thought of getting them a DVD. You got several suggestions for a movie package. However, I was thinking about specific movies girls of all ages love...Sound of Music, Enchanted, Tangled, The Princess Bride, Mary Poppins, etc. I also thought of a big bead craft set. My daughter and her friends (all in the age group of your girls) spend hours making bracelets, necklaces, and more with this HUGE bead set from ToysRUs. Games are great as well. For our wide age range, we love Twister, Hulaballo, Cranium (Family Edition), Uno, & Sorry. What about a subscription to a magazine they can appreciate together such as American Girl or National Geographic Kids. If they have a Wii or XBox Kinect, one of the Just Dance games is an absolutely fun game for all ages, from preschool to adult! Good luck & have fun!!!
Hello, A few months ago, I was in a children's thrift store and saw a floor piano. I didn't buy it and regretted it ever since. I saw one in Toys R Us this last weekend and it was $60.00. I don't know if that is in your budget, but I think it would make a good gift for the three children.
Good luck finding the perfect group gift.

DVD of Annie or a disney movie that might be appropriate for the 3 year old. Or they have disney singalongs that aren't really movies. Dress up clothes. They have kits that have boas and crowns and things. A great picture atlas. Candyland the game is great. Three year olds are old enough to play that one and they can do it together. Best of luck.
