Had it removed Tuesday had no bleeding or spotting Tuesday or Wednesday Thursday had a little bleeding Friday and then all of a sudden yesterday I start gushing blood I could stand in the shower and it's just dripping. I have also been passing pretty big blood clots like just slightly smaller then a ping ping ball and I have had the worse most excruciating cramps....has anyone else experience tis????

What can I do next?

I'd call the doc or go to the urgent care center or even the ER. I don't know much about Merina but that kind of bleeding can be extremely dangerous.

use a sanitary pad...if you bleed through one of those in one hour - you go straight to the emergency room.

If you feel like you are going to pass out or have passed out - get someone to take you to the ER NOW...

Definitely call your doctor. I had mine removed last month after 12 years of the same IUD! My doctor was surprised I wanted it out, said they really could be safe up to 30 years, news to me! I started a regular period after 2 days, heavy but about what I experienced prior to the IUD. On my 2nd period now, exactly 28 days later. Crazy how your body resets after being on pause for over a decade. I am HATING having to deal with periods again, but really felt like I needed to let my body handle some "changes" I should be going through pretty soon as naturally as possible.
