I'd make a call to the dr. and have your thyroid checked. Can't hurt. Otherwise, be happy!! Especially since it probably won't last once your hormones get back in order.
This is odd, and kind of random, but I was wondering if any other moms had experienced this. I had my third child about a month and a half ago. Recently I noticed that my body hair (legs and underarms) doesn't seem to be growing like it used to. I'm not complaining, just confused. The hair on my head is still growing, evidenced by my gray roots, just not on my body. Should I be concerned, or just thankful?
I didn't think I was old, but maybe I am. (33) At least now I know there are some benefits to getting older. :) I haven't talked to my dr yet, but will keep that in mind when I go for my next check up. Thanks Ladies!

This happened to me too. It started during pregnancy. I thought it was hormonal and would go back to normal after childbirth, but it never did.
I had my thyroid checked, just in case, because changes in body hair can be a symptom of a dysfunctional thyroid. But my thyroid is fine. I'm pretty much just thankful now - I rarely have to shave my legs.
In addition to thyroid I'd have vitamin d level checked.
Welcome to old age, baby.
Happens as you get older. Are you an older mother?
