Although my hair is not long, I have used Debbie Fontenot ###-###-#### located in Willow Bend Mall for years and she is fantastic.

I would recomend "La Compagnia della Bellezza" of Claudio and Valentino. It is in North Dallas , Plano Road. I don't know how far it is from you but they have great cuts, I have friends that travel more than one hour to go and have their hair cut in this place. Yep, I have an awesome girl! Her name is Cathy Ames and she is at the Vista Ridge Spa and Salon just west of Vista Ridge Mall and MacArthur. I've been going to her for a few years now and have sent several of my friends/clients. Her prices are very reasonable and she actually spends the time you need getting it right! I have been going to Angie Smith at Rik Tatum salon for many years. She is wonderful. Salon is located in Las Colinas in the tower next to the mustang sculpture/water fountain.

I have medium length hair, but am very picky about my stylist. I use Miguel at Stephen Rae Salon II at The Shops at Willowbend. ###-###-#### He is really great about giving me just what I want, and I am never disappointed. It's technically Plano, but close to Carrollton.

Is Hwy 635 and MacArthur too far for you? It's just next to Valley Ranch across the hwy from Saltgrass. My stylist is in the Hightower Salons. His name is Vince Morris.

ok, I am not sure if this is what your looking for..but I have been going to the Paul Mitchell cosmetology school to get my hair done for over a year now and they have always done a great job! I always get at least 2 colors done in my hair (highlights) and a cut..and it has NEVER been over $50. My son has really long hair (to the middle of his back) and gets his hair trimmed there too. Just ask for "phase 2" students. They are the ones that are closest to graduation. I LOVE this place..so if you are willing to sit there a little longer( because they are a bit slow) then go for it! The instructors always ok the color and stuff first so you shouldnt come out with pink hair! It's on Midway..Good Luck!
