You could go as a baker (bun in the oven). Or I found these on Ebay by googling maternity halloween costumes http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=maternity+halloween+c...
I want to go trick or treating with daughter, without just being the mom just taking her around. Can you guys help me out?
But here`s the thing-I`m 34weeks pregnant. I don't just want the, "draw a pumpkin on your belly" thing. I want a costume. Do they make maternity costumes? If not, just suggest what I should wear, and I can go to my friends house and she can make it for me. She makes clothes that look so good, people ask you "where did you get that? I want to buy that."

The best maternity Halloween costume I've ever seen was a pregnant nun, and it wouldn't be that hard to make one. Also a couple I know dressed as the kids from Juno, it was really cute. A lot of "regular" costumes ideas would just be funnier since you are pregnant. Have fun!
This may sound weird, but to the people who "got it," it was wayyy funny.
I dressed up at work when I was 8 months pregnant. I bought a halloween decoration-type thing at Target or Walmart. It was a smallish, green, plastic alien head that lit up if you put batteries in it. I wore all black and velcroed that sucker right on my belly. People cracked up when I hit the switch and lit it up.
I would think "round" things. If you have a pink shirt, pin on a bunch of pink balloons and be "Bubbles". If you have a purple shirt, pin on a bunch of purple balloons and be a "Bunch of Grapes".
When I was pregnant with #2 (and ready to burst), I went to a costume party as Little Red Riding Hood (and hubby was the big bad wolf) - we won the prize
