I have shopped them for the last 3 year. The selection is great, shipping is timely, and the prices are very competitive.
Have fun!

Old Navy and Gymboree have nice costumes. I reccomend getting something comfortable that is not bulky. Unless your son is extremely easy going about what you put on him, at this age they don't really understand they they are "dressing up". If you put something that has a hood and is heavy or hot, he may reject it. This year, a friend gave me skeleton pjs from the Gap and that is what my 2 1/2 year old son will be wearing. Last year, he wore a sweatshirt with sketelon bones on the front. I had an adorable pirate costume for him but it was kinda scratchy and very fitted. He wanted NOTHING to do with it.
I like the costumes at party city, but you can also buy them on-line from their website.
I know it's not a website, but check out some resale shops. I bought a really cute Dinosaur costume for $2.00 and a Giraffe for $3.00.
Pottery barn. Potterybarn.com. my daughter was the spider coutume so cute~comfortable~ was able to wear it two yrs. In a row.
last year we bought ours from buycostumes.com
We bought several costumes at Disney.com.

I just ordered my 2 year old son's from OneStepAhead.com. I got him the dinosaur and it is soooooo adorable! And 1/2 the price of Pottery Barn Kids and other places.
