I tried the Orovo 7 day fat burner. They claimed an avaerage loss of 8 pounds. NOPE. I GAINED almost 8 pounds in that week. Trust me when I say I ate a balanced diet and didn't go overboard (and exercised regularly). I have been doing Weight watcher for a long time and had gotten stuck. thought I would try this to kick start things again. now I have more to lose. While I was taking it I didn't have any issues, but since then I have had lots of abdominal pain. still no significant weight loss. I have never tried that but My doctor gave me phentermine, I took it the first time after I had my child and lost 24 pounds in 6 months. I recently started back on it and have lost 10 pounds withing 2 months. Its wonderful, The only side effect witch goes away is heart beating a little fast. Now I don't even know I take it. I've tried it and it doesn't work, nor has any other gimmic I've wasted money on. (lots too!) But I've now loss over 200 lbs with diet and exercise alone. Nothing else is a sure fix!
