We did ours through the school district. On kindergarten round-up day they gave us an info packet and it contained a list of schools where the health department would be set up for free screenings.
My daughter will be starting kindergarten in the fall. One of the things I need to bring to registration/roundup is a green card showing that she has taken a Hearing & Vision Screening Test. Where can I go to get this done?

Pediatrician or county health department
The pediatrician usually does these tests for our kids. They do them in their office.
When my son went for his 5 year checkup at his pediatrician's office, they did all the health screening, including the vision and hearing test and filled out all that paperwork
Our pediatrician does it at their physical.
Your pediatrician can do that.
in MN every child has a pre K screening through the school district and this is one of the tests that they do. I would call your school district/elementary school and see where they can direct you. Good luck!
It's usually done as part of a wellness visit at your doctor's office. You want want to check with your local health department. That's where I needed to take my daughters for their screenings.
The health department would probably do it, or your child's pedatrician. I believe it was the health department who came to our preschool class and did the testing, so I assume they would extend the testing to their locations as well.
