I'd call some of those professional cleaning places that do grout...if anyone would now what to do...they would.
My daughter spilled nailpolish on the tile floor. I got up most of the paint however now we have blue grout!!! I was hoping some of you have had this problem and know how to fix it. I have not tried nailpolish remover. Our grout is not sealed and i don't want to ruin if(if it is not already). Please Help.
TIA

I use a magic eraser to get stuff off of pretty much any hard surface. These things are amazing. Also since the spill is on tile, nail polish remover would probably take it off.
What color is your grout? If its white, as a last resort you could try a clorox bleach pen.....
I would try regular nail polish remover or acetone first. If it's really stubborn maybe try paint thinner and a steel brush. If worse comes to worst, you can always chip out that section and re-grout.
make a paste of baking soda and water and scrub.
As a professional nail tech, I have done this at work. Use pure acetone polish remover and it should do the job. You can find pure actone at beauty supply stores. Good luck!

hi, E.! i have had success getting things like sharpie marker off our tile with SoluMel made by Melaleuca. it even took it out of the grout. i know it takes nailpolish out of carpet, so it is worth a try! it has a ton of other uses, too. in order to get it, though, you have to be a customer (kind of like a Sam's or Costco club, but through a magazine). if you want more information, feel free to email me ____@____.com and i can fill you in on the details. they have a whole line of child-friendly, eco-safe, non-toxic cleaners that i cannot live without!
good luck!
