With my second, I knew I was pregnant - took a test right as my period was supposed to start and it gave a FALSE negative!!! 2 weeks later I retested, and...well...she'll be 7 in April :)
Hi ladies. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for only a couple of months now. It's a few days too early still for me to be able to take pregnancy test. The last day or two I've been noticing "symptoms" that make me think I'm pregnant but I don't know if it's my imagination or not. I've been really tired all the time, my breasts are a little tender and I keep getting this weird queesy/hungry stomach where I feel like I have to eat every couple of hours. I've also been craving milk and I don't usually like milk. I've tried to do some research on the internet but not really finding exactly what I'm looking for. Is it realistic that I would be experiencing symptoms 3 or 4 days before a potential missed period?
Thank you to all of you who encouraged me! I did a test a couple of days ago and it was negative but I did another one today and I am indeed pregnant, as I suspected!!

Yep.
I first suspected I might be pregnant when I nearly threw my cat across the room after he stepped on my breast. Hurt so bad I woke from a dead sleep to find my fingers wrapped around the poor startled creature's neck. That was at least four days before I took my first test which showed positive before I was even done peeing.
So good luck and all that, sounds like you and I will probably be due around the same time. Let me know what happens.
i am sitting here holding my 5 month old. lil bobby. I am not sure abiut the early feelings but a woman knows but enjoy trying to get pregnant and once you do it will be an absolute joy.
With my second pregnancy, I knew right away. I too had very early symptoms. I worked in a doctor's office so it was easy for me to find out. I took several urine tests over a 2 wk period that kept coming back inconclusive, I finally took a blood test that confirmed. By the time I got to my OBGYN, I was barely 5wks pregnant. So, yes it is possible for you to be experiencing symptoms before a missed period. I wish you the best of luck and will send positive thoughts your way. :)
Go get a test. You'd be surprised how quickly they can say yes. All of those things sound like possible pregnancy.
sure sounds like it. you can get the EPT and take it, if you're only a few days before your period, you'll have the hormones and it'll show up, even if only a faint line...a line is a line! good luck!
I knew the week after conception with my son. Similar symptoms as yours. I didn't take a test right then but I did one before the next expected period and when it is positive there is no denying it.
Good luck to you.

Go to www.peeonastick.com for a fun and informative info on pregnancy tests, how they work and how soon you can use them.
I am pretty sure I am pregnant too (this will be #4) so the symptoms you are having are right on target. My husband thinks it is all in my head, but I know that I know. My boobs are huge and they hurt, I am thirsty and have to pee all the time. My period would start on Monday the 18th - how about yours? I did test today and it was negative, but it is a little early. I called my doctor to see if I could come in for a blood test, waiting to hear what they say. I just want to know (blood test takes 24 hours) wish I had thought of that yesterday so I could give him a cool Valentines' gift. I am tired of my husband looking at me like I am crazy and he keeps asking me - are you still pregnant?
I will cross my fingers for you!!

hi, S...
you can actually take a home pregnancy test 14 days after unprotected sex..i'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and took my test at 12 days after "the deed" and it showed up as a very faint positive and then i waited 2 more days and took a digital test that popped up as "pregnant"..i joined a great website that has so much information on it as well as message boards so that you can "chat" with other mom's/mom's-to-be..what to expect.com
do yourself a favor and visit the site, you won't be dissapointed..i wish you the best of luck in your efforts to conceive and when you do, i wish you a very happy and healthy 9 months..good luck!
It is far too early for you to be feeling "pregnancy" symtoms. There isn't enough HCg in your body to affect the way you feel, nor is there enough to show up on a test. When there is enough to show on a test, you MAY begin to feel them. But, your body may have just implanted, which means the main hormones are just beginning to come. The thing is, I know you really want to know. Trust me, we've all been there. I wish I could give you the magic answer, but really, the truth is, you wait to wait it out. Even if you take the test 2 days before your missed period, it may not show yet. Each pregnancy is different. With one of mine, it showed up 5 days before, but with another, not until 1 week after my missed period. So, what I DO wish for you is for time to pass quickly, so you can have your answer. Good Luck!!
Sure it is. The boobs are a tell all for me. Now do they kinda ache, or do you want to scream if someone accidentally bumped into them? Take a test, what can it hurt. They have some that can test as early as 5 days. Best wishes :P
Believe it or not our minds do play tricks on us. Trying to get pregnant is a very stressful time especially if you have been trying. When Me and my hubby tried to have a baby I would think I was pregnant everymonth and then I would be upset it did not happen. If you are pregnant Congrats it is a great experience. but if not get a fertility test to see when you are most fertile. Then you can do ept on the first day of your missed period. Funny story me and my friends did it together. now we have 3 boys and 1 girl 18 months. Good luck
go to the supermarket, purchase a pregnancy test and find out. Easy as that. Many pregnancy tests are accurate within days of conception.
