I have seen some at Walmart. Not sure of the prices.
If you have one in your area, Party City has them and with a coupon it may be under $20.
You might be able to find a smaller pull string pinata at the party stores for around $15. Unfortunately, I think pinatas are just kind of pricey .
Winco (Whole Foods) sells them too for pretty cheap! Walmart, Target, those type of places do too.

You can make a pinata! Super easy and super cheap. Just google it and you will find step by step instructions and/or videos. Have a fun party!!
Not sure if you have them in your area but you can get cheap pinatas in California at most Mexican markets. We have these everywhere from the little local places to big chains like Mi Pueblo.
Most have a restaurant inside and every one I've ever been in has pinatas hanging from the ceiling. Good luck!

I've seen them in BJ's ,Cosco, Party supermarket, target, and walmart.
The time for bargain hunting has passed. Pay up the $20; it doesn't sound too bad.
