Yup. Tons. (But don't forget contact dermatitis, aka an allergy)
- All the STDs
- Asymtomatic yeast infection (not all yeast infections present with discharge or itching)
- PID
- folliculitis (this can start deep in the follicle, but will eventually present with either a large lump, or a smaller red "pimple")
- UTI
- E. Coli or similar fecal transfer infection
Plus any and all infections that could have come through broken skin (strep, staph, and some fungal infections being the most common). I've left off vaginosis, since *as far as I know* vaginosis always presents with fishy smelling discharge
But the whole pulse thing, is usually caused because of localized inflammation. Which can also be caused by a bump, bruise, sprain, friction, or pregnancy. I *always* feel my pulse (adhd... I can feel all the blood circulating in my body, except for certain areas with nerve damage)... so the pulse thing is just from school... not from personal experience.
