My son is 15 months old and this is his schedule...
wakes around 6:15 and will sit in his highchair by 7:00 for breakfast. Sippy cup of water with his food which is usually cereal, waffle, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, etc.
Around 9:30 I will give him a sippy cup of whole milk along with a snack of yogurt, fruit, or cheese, etc.
Lunch at 11:45 and he gets a sippy cup of water with his meal. Pasta, lunch meat, cottage cheese, hot dog, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, etc.I just have some of whatever he's having!
Around 3:00 pm another snack with sippy cup of milk.
Dinner around 5:30 and he eats whatever we are eating for dinner.
Around 6:30, I give him one last chance to drink up some milk or maybe a quick snack as we get ready for bed at 7:00.
I really don't know how much milk he is drinking. After trying to keep track, worrying about how much should be drinking and asking other moms, I realized at this point, his main nutrition is now food and not milk so as long as I offered it to him regularly, it was fine. I'm estimating he drinks 9 oz a day throughout the 3 or 4 times a day I offer it to him.
I'm trying to remember how his eating schedule was different at a year old (wow, it was only 3 months ago, that should be hard!). A big difference was that he took a morning nap so that meant he probably didn't have a morning snack or it was earlier/smaller. Also, I still have him one bedtime bottle at one year old because I wanted to make sure he was drinking enough milk. By a year, he was basically on a "big kid" schedule of three meals and 2 or three snacks, with milk supplementing throughout the day.
