Lake Forest Country Day School & Preschools in the Libertyville Area

Does anyone have children who attend Lake Forest Country School? We are looking for a preschool for my 2 year old daughter and their 1st Step program seems WONDERFUL, as does the school, but I don't know anyone who attends there. We live in North Libertyville, so the drive will probably be the worst part. I've looked at a few other preschools in our area, but they don't seem nearly as impressive. Does anyone know of a good preschool in Libertyville?

What can I do next?

I just drove from Hawthorn Woods to Libertyville for the Libertyville co-op program. I held my son back from kindergarten because his b-day just met the deadline and other reasons. This was the only program i found that was designed for children who are age appropriate for kindergarten but their parents choose to hold them back. I thought the school met up the expectations. The drive however got old pretty quick.

I don't know about the schools you mentioned but, I would suggest that you look into Goddard in Third Lake off of Rt 45 if you are on the North side of Libertyville.

I've heard good things about Libertyville Montessori and Condell has a preschool on site that is very good, as well.
