I am looking to sign up my son for lessons, I am interested in music lessons (variety it runs in the family), karate (or some type of martial arts), and any other suggestions you may have for activities and lessons for that age range for a boy. He is very active and loves to learn and is interested mostly in music, and learning.

What can I do next?

Hi Nicole. My daughter and I do Music Together. It is a music class with singing, playing intsruments, and some dancing.
The website for the San Antonio chapter is www.fiestamusictogether.com
We take our class from Ellen and really like her. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Musical Arts Center San Antonio has lessons in preschool piano, childbloom guitar, Kindermusic. Two locations; one on DeZavala, one off NC 410. My 4 yr old has been taking piano since Sept of last year at MACSA. Her teacher is fabulous.

I'm a black belt at American Karate on Jackson-Keller and Vance Jackson. It's a great school for the young ones. I haven't been there for classes in awhile since becoming a SAHM. The classes were at 4:30 and 5:30 and I think at noon. The number is ###-###-#### and the owner is Debbie Palmer. She is a very good friend of mine and a very patient person when it comes to teaching young ones.
Hope this helps,
L.
