Not necessarily a Mom question but a human question and then a Mom question. Kundalini? Looking for any all stories and shares from those that have encountered and dealt with it. Did you fear it? This is real stuff isn't it? I'm still floored and recovering and dealing. I never knew anything about it. Until after. If you have experienced this energy, do you plan on talking to your kids about it? Do we do that? Nobody talked to me about it but the more you look it's like the big secret that's not well hidden at all but remains unseen. Do we all go through it? Is it going to come back the same and always feel the same? As always any and all answers and shares appreciated. Never heard of it. Sounds like you need to find a teacher that can help you develop this.
I'm not sure what kind of experience you had, how it came on and such, but it can be quite tremendous. It can come on for a number of reasons, but most people have to learn to produce this energy.
This is an energy that all people have whether they're aware of it or not. As for the kids, don't say anything until perhaps when they're much older and if you're going to teach and guide them as to how to use it positively. You could open up channels that you don't know how to control.
I've known people who spontaneously experience this as it sounds like you did and others that have worked hard to get this motivated and to move.
You can do a study on this pretty easily, just be careful as to finding the higher truths concerning this subject. You do not want to go down the path of sexual majick (or do you). Remember, everything has a cost. This energy is meant to be used for good, yours and others. This can help you to bring balance to yourself and others. It should be used in meditation.

Kind of sounds like a cult.
We talk to our son about marketing/advertising/fund raising/politics/religion/snake oil, etc.
Basically anything/everything where they talk all about one thing but when you get right down to it the main purpose is to separate you from your money.

He's gotten good at reading the fine print/listening to the fast talking disclaimer/waiting for the other shoe to drop.
