I've had the same 'do for a couple years now and I know I need an update but it seems when I go for a new cut/style the person doesn't get it quite right. I'm looking for someone who knows how to do something w/ long, semi-wavy hair & someone who charges no more than $50.
I would suggest Heather Koroch she is at Beyond Beauty on 119th (next to wild oats market) she is wonderful and has lots of experience I believe she charges $40 and it is so worth it I will not go to anyone else after her.

My stylist is Renee Deering at Aspen Salon and Spa. This is just north of 151st on Metcalf, so it is south. She is the best stylist I've ever used and have been going to her for a few years now. I love Aspen because each stylist has their own private room. I am able to take my kids (4 and 1 year old) if needed as she has a DVD player and is very flexble with kids (she has two boys of her own). She also has great hours (evenings and daytime) and usually can get you in within a week. I believe she charges $38. She has long hair herself so she understands how to work with long hair and is excellent with hair color and highlites too. She always knows the current trends and yet is very laid-back and super-friendly.

Hi S.... I got to Pheonix at Salon Bliss on 119th and Quivira. She is up on the latest trends and really knows what kind of cut goes with what shape of face and she is great with color too!
She is just a joy to be around, very calming and a positive person.

I have had really great luck with the stylists at Beauty Brands. I went to Ginny at the 119th and Metcalf location for 2 years and now I go to April at the location on 119th and Strang line. Even when I have made last minute appts, I get a great stylist.
