Hi There~ I'm new to this "posting" deal, but I have 2 questions...
I'm looking for a "Mom's Group", Book Club, Playgroup, etc., in the Del Cerro/San Carlos area, and I have no idea where to even begin looking. I'm "home" for the first time, and I'd love to meet some new people and find some activities to get involved in!
Also, we've been using Enfamil Lipil to supplement, but have thought about trying the Costco Brand of Formula. (we were told it's produced by the same company and has the same ingredients) Any suggestions on making the switch? Should we gradually introduce or is it not a big deal to just make the change?
Thanks for your thoughts!!

Hello L., I am also new to this. I just joined. I have a 10 month old and was also looking for playgroups in the Del Mar/ Carmel Valley area. A neighbor told me about "Parent Connection" through Scripps. Once you join they help set you up with other moms in your area. As for switching formula brands, we tried the Rite Aid brand of Enfamil and my son didn't tolerate it, so we switched back. It's trial and error and if your baby is tolerating the Enfamil okay and the ingredients are the same, than I think you could just make the switch.
