What kind of a menu are you thinking of? My mother has been hosting parties for years - and is often asked if she would cater a party. She is trying to get her own business going. If you have a plan or idea of a party theme or food menu email me it and maybe I can have her meet with you for samplings. She is hispanic and is known for he latin flare.
