We purchased ours at Kmart, and it was about 150? It is a smaller one, that is not too high, but perfect for the kids (4/6). I put my son in his when he was 2 and my daughter was 4. They love it....
I'm getting ready to move my youngest son out of his crib and into a regular bed. My oldest son would really like to share a room so I am looking at getting a bunk bed for them. Does anyone happen to be looking to sell a bunk bed or know where I can get one for a good price?

We bought ours at Affordable Portables. There is one in the city and one in Evanston. It was a good price I don't remember how much, but less then $300).
you really need to check out craigslist.org

Hello J.,
I saw a bargin furniture store in Algonquin on route 31. They had a sign in the window advertising a bunk bed for sale $149.00. It may be worth looking into, my friend bought a mattres at the store awhile back, good luck.

We just got a bunkbed set for my son and searched everywhere. For the one we wanted it would have cost us 1200-1800. I found one on ebay for 300 and we had to go pick it up ourselves. But, to save the most money, I would check there and the local bargain finder.
I just bought my sons bed at the Land of Nod outlet in Northbrook. We got our bed for an AMAZING price. Almost 1/2 off. It was used in a photo shoot, and the bed is in perfect condition. They had two bunk beds when I was there on Friday. Every Thursday, whatever they have in stock gets marked down. It's really a great deal.

K-mart and Wal-mart have wooden bunk bed for about $200 w/o mattresses. Make sure you purchase one that doesn't have a string attaching all the bottom boards in place.
Value City Furniture has a nice one for a reasonable price.
I just wanted to warn you away from Rooms for Less (I think it is called). It is located near Chinatown. The owner says he is the wholesaler for other higher end stores but what we got from him was absolutely substandard and he did not follow through with responding to our very valid complaints. We ended up paying half of what he charged and I still feel ripped off.
