Hi! first of all - we went to Croatia for our Honeymoon last year - loved it!! it was the best time (and where we got pregnant with our little boy). we see Dr. Laurel Shultz at Golden Gate Pediatrics. we've seen 2 doctors in the practice and they seem great (www.goldengatepediatrics.com). how old is your little boy? ours is 6 weeks (our first as well).
I am very happy with Dr William Gonda of Mill Valley and offices in San Francisco....they are affiliated with CPMC in SF. The whole practice has been great with my kids.
Pediatric Alternatives- They are the best practice I have ever been to. They have MD's, Naturopaths, Homeopaths and much more. There might be a wait list so call asap.

I'm married to a Macedonian and have visited Croatia many times. It is a beautiful country! I really like Dr. Brock Bernsten. He has a practice in SF and one in Mill Valley.
