I am considering sending my 3 year old to preschool next fall and am looking for some preschool only places around Corinth. I currently do full time child care in my home, and have considered just starting my own preschool next year, but having just moved here I am not sure if that is common, and would be worth my efforts. Any ideas or suggestions would be very helpful!!
Check out the First Baptist Church in Corinth. They have a Mothers Day Out Program that I have heard is good with reasonable prices. I looked into it but my daughter is too young for their program. Hope that helps!
Hi A., I too have 2 girls and just had a baby boy in Feb 06'. I am actually looking for an in home provider for my newborn and would be interested in speaking with you. My 4 1/2 year old attends The Children Lighthouse in Hickory Creek near the Rave theater. I My daughter has been going there since she was 2yrs and we love it!
I think it is a great idea for you to start a preschool in your home. I'm not finding very many adaquate preschools in Corinth/Denton area. I'm a retired teacher, and if you had the money to buy the products you need and get licensed, you might find you would have more interest in it than you realize.
I live in Corinth and am sending my daughter twice a week to 1st Baptist Corinth in the fall. Its wonderful, very clean, excellent program and great staff.
I dont know if its too late to register for the Fall yet.
