Looking for Private Elementary School W/i 20Miles of Desoto

I assume you are aware of Canterbury in Desoto. Maybe that's the closed school you were referring to.
Also, Ovilla Christian School in the Red Oak/Ovilla area is a decent private school, but it's Baptist.
Trinity in Cedar Hill is an Assembly of God school that is also decent.
Then there's Holy Spirit Catholic in Duncanville. Maybe they're full.
Bishop Dunne is Catholic and in the South Dallas area, but I think it's my least favorite.
None of this is probably new information to you, but I thought I would offer it just in case.

My daughter and my close friends son both attend First Christian School of Waxahachie. It is located on Brown Street at the First Christian Church. IO have no doubt you will be impressed wuth the full array of sevices offered at this very special school which accomodates k-12tgh grade and is afordably priced for the small classrooms and incredible one on one the students and parents can count on and undoubtably come to cherrish. There are 3 good Private Elementary schools in De Soto that I am aware of.

Canterbury Episcopal (on Westmoreland between Wintergreen and Danieldale) Grades 1-12

Cambridge Square (on Pleasant Run near Polk) Pre-K 4 - Grade 8

Desoto Private School (on Beltline just east of Hampton). Pre-K 3 - Grade 6

My kid is in pre-K at Desoto Private School and I've been very pleased with the pre-K program. I also get comments all the time from parents who see her in uniform about what a great school it is.
