Does anyone know of good pediatricians, perhaps in the Brandon area? My son is currently going to the pediatrician's office that I went to; however, I am not very happy with the office anymore. He's a great physician, but it's not like I remember. I need someplace that actually loves kids and will not keep you waiting a half hour past your appointment.

Try pediatric Health Care Alliance, I belong to the one in Carrollwood but I know there's one in Brandon ###-###-####. I am a nurse and PHCA is one of the many clinics I cover afterhours. They are great, have great hours even on the weekends.

We take our daughter to Dr.Robert Friedmeyer/Dr.Richard Cohen in Brandon. They are on South Bryan Rd on that little island in the middle of the junction of Bryan and Lithia Pinecrest Rd. They are the only two physicians in the practice, and I have never had a problem getting her in to see them. We didn't want to take her to an office with so many physicians that you never know who you're going to see. Their staff is great and I have never waited longer than a few minutes. It's worth the drive...go to Pediatric Health Care Alliance in FishHawk. We use Dr. Tappan and he is wonderful!
Another vote for Pediatric Healthcare Alliance. We use the Northside Office on Fletcher, but I delivered at Brandon Hospital and saw two of the doctors from the Brandon Office. We saw Dr Trubelhorn and Dr Jeansonne. They were both amazing. They have very convenient hours, and even have an evening hours in Brandon and in Carrollwood. Their website is www.pedialliance.com.
