There is a resale shop in Stafford called Pitter Patter on Murphy road, I have shopped there and actually just dropped off some really nice maternity clothes last week. Also check Kohl's sales or clearance. Good Luck!
Hi Moms,
Just curious where other moms find Maternity clothes at decent prices? I've been to JC Penney and found a few things. I also found some things on sale at Motherhood Maternity but generally I find them a bit expensive. I need some more pants and I will need a whole new wardrobe for winter since the last time I was pregnant was over a summer. I know there is a Goodwill store near me, anyone ever find anything there?
I'm willing to travel into Houston as long as it is on the South side somewhere. I'm coming from the Missouri City/Pearland area.
Thanks in advance!!

Thanks everyone! I didn't realize Old Navy had a maternity section, I love their stuff so I will definitely check them out!

If you don't want to go the resale route you can also try Old Navy and The Gap they usually have a decent selection that is not too expensive and I know the Old Navy on 518 has a maternity section. Plus you might want to try Macy's which always has a sale and I think they do have a maternity section as well. Or also try Freecycle which is a website where people give away things they do not want or need anymore. Just post your request and if someone has what you need they will email you and let you know.
Try Ross and/or Burlington.....decent clothes that are inexpensive. Congrats on the baby!
I would look up your nicer resale shops, I'm sure there are many out there. Ebay is also great. A friend of mine got a huge lot on Ebay one time for like only $20. I hear a lot about 'pickles and ice cream', a store in Houston. Not sure of their prices though.
Motherhood Maternity, Target, JC Penney, ask friends to buy or borrow - I sold some of my stuff to a coworker and some on Ebay. You might look there too - check for "lots" of maternity clothes in your size. I only had 3 pairs of pants (1 jeans, 2 for work), a nice holiday dress, and then had more tops for options. Unless you are planning on lots more kids DO NOT buy a ton of stuff, just mix and match with a few basics. Good luck to you!
old navy, target, walmart. if you are interested ( and the size is right) i have a variety of items sized lrg/xlrg including shorts, pants, tops, dresses. Free to a good home. I live in pearland so it shouldn't be hard to come up with a meeting place.
