Mom Seeking Parents/kids for Day Time Playgroup in Methuen

I live in Methuen as well. I have 2 boys, ages 2.5 and 5. I belong to and am an assistant organizer for a great Mom's group called Modern Mommyz. Our members are from Methuen, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence, Salem, and other surrounding towns. We have home playdates, go to playgrounds and indoor play gyms, and do group events like apple-picking. A good idea would be to check out meetup.com. There are lots of great meetup groups for Moms. I belong to one and it's great!

Hi! Have you thought about joining the Mother Connection? I am a member (plus the editor of the monthly newsletter), and it might be exactly what you are looking for. We can set you up for a playgroup and get you involved in monthly activities. The yearly cost is $29 and includes a ton of stuff and activities including; events, adventures and monthly meetups (our upcoming fall mom's social is next week and we have a great Halloween party for the kids that is always a huge hit.) It is an organization fully run by volunteers and volunteering is also a great opportunity to meet moms outside of the kids.

I go to a play group for preschoolers that meets every Tuesday morning at Marsh Corner Church on Pelham St in Methuen. We do games, stories, crafts and a snack with them. Let me know if you are intersted and I would be happy to forward you the information.
