I was wanting to plan a moms night out for my moms group. Anyone have any suggestions for a fun place to go on a week night? I live in Las Colinas and we all mostly live around this area.
you should try the nice italian restaurant at the omni (if you can do it on a warmer night). you can eat outside and see the "lake". they have a nice spa next door.

My friends and I go to Sunshine Glaze in Southlake. It's a ceramic store and you pick your piece and paint. You can also do mosaics. Check out their website.
Bostons, Cool River, Main Event. There are lots of places, it just depends on what type of things you guys want to do.
Yucatan Taco Stand in Southlake on Southlake Blvd. Next to "Melting Pot" is fun and great food, great presentation. Very different--not Mexican, more Latin American "fusion". Anything from paella, brazilian brazed short ribs to fish tacos and nachos. Strong margaritas. We LOVE it!!! Great patio for when it gets warmer, too.
