I am moving to Utah in two weeks (leaving Texas J. 9th)My family and I are looking for houseing up near Layton and Clearfield. We are not haveing much luck can anyone suggest a good place to look? We just want to rent a 3-4 bedroom with a yard for no more $1200.00 a month.

Hi there, welcome to Utah. I'm a transplant from Kansas now living in Roy (just north of you). If you're in Clinton you would be in Davis County. The Davis County schools site is http://www.davis.k12.ut.us/ , you should be able to find the school on that page. Hope that helps :)

Hi I live in Roy it is right between Ogden and Clearfield. Right at the west gate of Hill AFB. I would have a look in the Standard Examiner. It is the local newspaper and always has a ton of listings. Also another good one might be KSL.com they have a classifieds section that just opened a home section.

We live in Clearfield and we happen to be selling our house. We are finally moving back to Montana!!!
Go to Kathyjo.com and the MLS # 693499. They have a couple things wrong in the listing. For example they have the house being built in 1973....I believe its only 13 years old and they have the basement 0% finished. Its partly finished. We are in the process of getting that corrected.
Ooops. I just re-read you message and you are only looking rent. Sorry...there is a house just down the street for rent. Its about the same size as ours. I will get the number and email it to you.
