I second Headbandz!!
We just got Headbandz Action - I'll let you know how that is once we open it.
My kids also like Sorry, Trouble, Battleship, etc.
We are traveling for the holidays and my MIL asked me to put together some games we could play - we already play (as adults) apples to apples and cards against humanity.
Any suggestions for getting the littles (18 months, 4, 6 and 10 years) involved? I was thinking Pictionary JR., Don't make me laugh jr., Twister.
Any other thoughts??
Thanks.

Yahtzee, with teams. The little ones can help roll, count the dice and write the numbers.
Hedbanz!! Pictionary Jr. is good, and we like to use modeling clay or playdough in place of drawing.
*I just thought of a couple more. Battleship (played with teams so the littles can be involved) and Pictureka. All fun!
Apples to apples, jr version is so much fun for all ages!! We also play pa-cardy and uno. The most requested game for all to play though is Spoons! Enjoy!
We just played a different game the other night at Bunco - it was called Left Center Right. Really fun and EASY dice game, and it comes with plastic chips too. We are going to play it on Christmas Eve with all the kids in our family. I think the kids will love it! You roll 3 dice, and each dice has a L C R or a dot on it. L means give a chip to the person on your left, R for the right, C put a chip in the center, and dot means you keep your chip. And you only get 3 chips to begin with. You can lose all your chips then get more from the person on your left or right. No one can take any out of the center. The person with one chip left is the winner of the chips in the center of the table. We played with dollar bills at Bunco, and it was so fun and engaging. We are playing with quarters on Christmas so the kids can win some money. They will be squealing with delight when they win!! I think your kids could play it well except for the 18 mo old. And it will teach them left right and center!
SPY ALLEY ages 8 to 100

My kids started playing at age 7 and 11. It's more fun with 4 or more players.
It's a board game where each person is a spy from another country, scheming to get all the spy pieces and then land on their home country. SO FUN.
I SPY Memory Game (matching doubles) is fun for this age group also.
Yahtzee is good for the whole family (except the baby), as are many card games, like Go Fish and War.
I just got eye spy disney edition. ...my kids love the original so I figured we would try the disney version.
Our local toy store has decks of cards that I think are called chat cards. They have questions that are appropriate for all ages. It isn't a competitive game, but a game to get everyone sharing stories and learning more about each other.
The 18 month old isn't going to play much.
4 and 6 yr old might like Candyland and Chutes N Ladders.
The 6 and 10 yr old might like some card games - Go Fish, Old Maid.
YATZEE...Have the younger ones roll the dice and the bigger ones count them up.
Farkel is lots of fun for all ages and easy. UNO is also a favorite.
Train dominoes, Blurt, Jigsaw puzzles
