I've seen both Dr. Zhanping Lu in Richardson and Dr. Steve Homoky ###-###-####) in Plano. Dr. Homoky works with a lot of kids, as that is why he changed his career from a petroleum engineer to an acupuncturist after his own children were saved from daily allergy shots through NAET. Any doctor who treats the 3 yr old will use you as a surrogate to do the muscle testing on. This means that you will hold your child on your lap, and the vial holding the electromagnetic signature of the allergen being tested will be held next to the child's skin. The doctor will use YOUR arm, not the child's, to see if it goes weak or stays strong. It's hard to explain in a written form, but it works. However, they won't use needles on the kids. Acupressure works to unblock the energetic pathways for them, so you don't have to worry about needles in a 3 yr old. They DO have to lay still after the treatment, so bring a book to read to them while they relax after the treatment.
Good luck, and I promise you that you won't regret the expense. It will be MORE than offset by the reduced doctor visits, OTC & prescription meds, and sick days. It's been nearly 4 years since my daughter finished her treatments, and she hasn't needed antibiotics at all, where before it was 3-4 x year!

p.s. www.NAET.com has a full listing of accredited practitioners. This will help you to choose one closer to you. Just make sure that if they treat adults, they are licensed to use needles. My sister tried to do these treatments w/o them, and they didn't hold. Patterns are just too entrenched in grown-ups to be unblocked w/o the needles.
