Maybe it is because I am super tired, but reading your post just kind of confused me on what your baby's schedule is...SO I am going to recommend you check out these napping tips and hope that it is what you are looking for :/ sorry but good luck!!

I too am a little confused by the last part. Are you saying she is awake from 7pm until 10 or 11pm? If you are then she needs to wake earlier from the last nap , at that age they do still have around 3 naps per day but the last one is too long , or she is going down too late. I would say she needs to wake by 4pm and then have 3 hrs awake and then back to bed around 7/7.30 , she will need a feed probably around 10/11pm and then should be able to make it through a chunk of the night until maybe 5am for another feed.

I suggest getting the book by Dr. Weisbluth, Healthy Baby Healthy Sleep. It was lent to me when my baby was about the same age & he has a time line that I stick by. My boys now 2 & 1 are the best sleepers. They wake at 7 & go to bed at 7. They take naps together at close to the same time every day. Highly reccommend this book!

This sounds very normal. If she is awake until 10 or 11 you can do her last feeding and changing then. Is there a reason she needs a set schedule? We just let DS set his own sleep schedule (he could fall asleep anywhere so it didn't affect our ability to be out or travel) until he was 1 (and then only because they had a set napping schedule for the 1s at his daycare)
Good luck,
D.

My 7 month old woke up at 7, went down for his first nap around 9:30 and woke up at 11:30, then went down again at 1 or 1:30 and got up at 4 or 4:30, then bedtime was 7:30. It worked great.

Just sounds like she is reversed in her sleeping. up in the night and sleep in the day. The amount of hours seems normal. I have heard you just have to try and get her to stay awake for a longer peirod of time in the afternoon to the night so she will sleep through the night. Maybe there is a book out there that someone can suggest to help reverse her hours a bit.

My baby did the exact same thing. He was hungry.
He took two 2 hr naps a day at that age.
Those naps went away for a bit at age 1 1/2 then a one 2 hr nap came back.
She could be waking due to hunger . That is what woke my baby.
Sometimes a wet diaper wakes them up.
So I basically just got up with him every time he cried in the night and while it was hard then the good thing is he started sleeping through the night all the way through at about at 1 year w/some disruption then totally sleeping thru the night w/o any problems hardly ever at 18 mos.
Hang in there.....while I know it is rough now this stage shall pass.
Make sure she is:
fed
burped
has a dry diaper
cuddled a little
all this before bedtime
Oh and if it's teething make sure you put teething Baby Orajel on her gums.
I did that until that no longer worked and went to baby ibruprofen for all teeth except the molars. Those took baby motrin.
So I say get up w/her, don't worry about the naps changing (they will for a time) and you will eventually get back on track and she will eventually sleep through the night.
It's all about stages and adjustments. Hang in there. :)
