I love, love, love Dr. Dina Bowen with Canadian Valley Pediatrics. They're over by the hospital off I-40. She is so great with the kids and you can get an appointment or call her anytime. Good luck!
I am moving back to Oklahoma after living in San Diego for 5 years. My son is 2 and I will be looking for a pediatrician for him in the next months or so. Any advice for someone close to Yukon? Thanks!

Hello! My 3 children go to Dr. Arambula in Yukon and she is realy good. She has children of her own and works great with kids. I always get in whenever we need to see her and never fell rush out. I have her # if you would like it just send me a message. Hope that will help you out. S.
Dr. Arambula in yukon does a good job. Her partner is Dr. Dena Bowen. They have an office by the Canadian Valley hospital on Garth Brooks. We see a pediatrician in OKC- Dr.John Stecklow-- ###-###-####. He's near Integris-Baptist. Take 39th to Portland to 56th, turn right and his office is on the left in bldg. A.
I take my son to Alecia Haines in Yukon. I really like her and her staff.
Welcome to Yukon! It's growing so quickly that I think you'll be pleased at what you see! :-)
I recommend Dr. Alecia Hanes. Her office number is ###-###-####. I read in one of the responses that someone else felt she is old school and did not recommend her. We also have used Dr. Bowen and her associate that is mentioned. I would not return to that group.
I have been very pleased with the amount of experience Dr. Hanes brings to the table. I am the mother of five and have three that have differing, but life threatening health issues. Dr. Hanes was able to catch a major kidney disease with my son when he was 12, he's now 14. She is very good at referring you to specialist when needed and doesn't try to "keep all the patients" just under her care. I truly feel she knows what she's doing and cares deeply about her patients. Yes, her bedside manner can seem a bit gruff, but underneath she has a heart for what she does and that comes shining through. Her staff is wonderful and always get back to me quickly when I have a question or need an appointment. Well, this is probably more info than you wanted, but I get to going when it comes to my kids and their care. :-) Again, welcome back and I hope your move is smooth and you're quickly settled in.
I take my kids to Donna Johnson in South OKC and Dr. Donna Cosby is in her office and everyone seems to LOVE them both! She has an office in Mustang that she sees kids at once a week also....that may work for you.
Hi B.,
Let me first just say welcome back!! I too live in Yukon and have 2 little ones of my own and I actually travel over by Baptist Hospital to The Pediatric Group and we use Dr Colleen Dooley. She is very straight forward and you can ask her anything and she does not sugarcoat the answer which I appreciate. There is a doctor here in Yukon that I would not recommend Dr. Alecia Hanes she is very old school and has poor bedside manners. Hope you find a doctor you and your son love :)
Goodluck

Hi B.. Welcome back to Oklahoma! I also live in Yukon. My son is 5 and his pediatrician is Alecia Hanes. Her address is 508 W. Vandament Ave., Suite 210 in Yukon. Her phone number is ###-###-####. We have been going to her for about 2 years. I have been really pleased. They always seem able to get my son in quickly. A lot of times we see the physican assistant instead of the doctor, but she is really good, as well. We have been pleased with the staff at her office.
