My daughter couldn't have dairy for a long time either. Here is what we fed her....in addition to the waffles and fruit. We fed her those gerber graduate snacks that are hard, cereal with lactose free "milk" or soy "milk", cereal bars, granola bars, oat meal made with water with fruit snacks in it or without, cream of wheat made with water and some sugar, grits with fake butter and salt, toast with peanut butter, peanut butter crackers, juice (we also gave her a calcium supplement), gatoraid, milk free pudding, jello jigglers, muffins, occasionally doughnuts, pretzels with mustard, nutrigrain bars, granola and lactose free yogurt, plain lactose free yogurt with fruit bits, eggs, omeletts with veggies and soy cheese, scrambled eggs with toast and jelly, plain toast with jelly, hash browns, mashed potatoes made with lactose free milk and fake butter. There were some others, but I can't remember them all....that's about it that I have off the top of my head.
