You might go to 'download.com' and there may be some free website building 'help'....hope you find something that will walk you thru the process.
You might check out www.easysite.com. I use it for our family website, but I'm not sure if you can use it for business or not. I only pay $4.95/month and it's very EASY. So many template to choose from, etc.

I use flyingcart.com they made it very easy with there already to use templates. There are alot of different companies out there that can help with building a website..some are very expensive and some are not so bad. Flyingcart has 3 different plans to choose from one is free, $15 a month , $30 amonth this one is unlimited everything.
