Hi K.,
Of course it depends on where you live, and what insurance you may have. I have found that Dr. Park (Kaiser Rancho San Diego) was extremely good. And Dr. Jim Amberg with Sharp (La Mesa) is excellent.
Good luck,
J.

If you are looking for a primary care doctor for yout children, my grandchildren see Dr. Stuart Cohen. His office is next door to Alvarado Hospital. My daughter thinks he is just terrific.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a primary care doctor for yourself, I have two recommendations:
1. Dr. Venu Prabaker in La Mesa, or
2. The doctors at San Diego Sports Medicine. My husband sees Dr.Lee Ralph, but there are several good doctors there. He has also seen Dr. Richberg and Dr. Hong there. Their office is also across the street from Alvarado Hospital.
