Hi Mamas

Well I am preggers with baby no.3 ,7 weeks along.
To date I have no morning sickness.
With my last two I had severe sickness from 4 weeks all the way through.
Can I be this lucky this time around.
I feel great but slightly afraid that it might arrive yet.
Did this happen to anyone else?

Love and light
BK

What can I do next?

I'm so glad for you. I'm also glad to hear that it's possible to have morning sickness with one kid, but not with another. I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum with my first (and so far last) pregnancy that landed me in the ER 4 times in the first 8 weeks and home health, complete with IV fluids, from week 8 until the 20th week. After that, I survived on zofran until week 30. I'm scared to get pregnant again, but you've given me some hope!

Enjoy it for as long as it lasts (and I hope it lasts long!). :)

I had about 1 week of morning sickness with each of my first 2 babies.

I am pregnant with baby #3 and had about 4 months of all day morning sickness.... I joked on several occasions that had I been this miserable with my first two, I might not have had a third! All joking aside, we are still very excited for this baby, too. :)

One of the thoughts is that morning sickness is caused by the increase of hormones that your body goes through. Maybe your body after 2 babies is more used to the crazy hormones from pregnancy...

Fingers crossed that your non-morning-sickness pregnancy continues to stay this way for you!!! :)

For my 1st I was sick the whole time. For my 2nd not at all. I did have a sensitivity to smells with my 2nd that I did not with my first.

Congratulations!

I felt great until 7-8 weeks, and then I violently vomited (I had hyperemesis gravidarum) right up until the took him out. I was vomiting on the operating table!! So, It think 7 weeks is a bit early to get excited. BUT, I know many people who have opposite pregnancies. Whether it be awful for one, and great for the other...or the other way around. It's so possible for you to have an easier pregnancy this time around. Here's hoping this one is more gentle on you!! Oh, and congrats :)
