I need to go get some nursing tops, but I hate shopping around. Any advice where I could find some cute nursing tops that aren't obviously nursing tops?
I normally shop at places like american eagle, kohls, and vanity.
Being pregnant and wanting cute maternity myself I am a big fan of Motherhood, I have seen alot of nursing tops in there that are really cute and I would have never guessed that they were nursing tops. If you dont have a Motherhood in your area you can also find them online at Motherhood.com
Motherhoos is the ONLY place I've ever seen nursing tops in a brick and mortat store. But they're not really necessary. Maybe buy yourself some nusring tanks (with the snapdown sides like your nursing bras), and wear them with buttons up shirts or under your tshirts that you can get anywhere so that you are still covered even when you pull up your top shirt to nurse. A better investment might be a nursing cover (like a Hooter Hider or Bebe-au-lait... also avaialble at motherhood maternity, or check craigslist... or uddercovers.com) so that you can nurse in anything you're wearing without exposing yourself. I LOVE my nursing cover. I'm nursing my 2nd baby and don't have a single "nursing top"
I don't have any nursing tops. I do have some nursing tanks that I wear as undershirts, and I highly recommend them. I only have 2 but I think that's enough. I also have a nursing cover that my mother-in-law sewed for me, pretty simple too. Just a rectangle of fabric with some boning in the neck and a strap of fabric and a D-ring.
Most of the nursing tops that I could find were so expensive. I finally found modern mommy on Ebay and she is more reasonably priced if you win them in auction. She is located in Australia and will combine shipping. They are light wieght and I really have loved them.
I know motherhood maternity carries some as well.

Maybe I'm just clueless but I've only heard of nursing bras and not nursing tops. I've had 2 kiddies that I've nursed and I wear whatever I want, t-shirts, button up tops, polo's, etc.
