I am thankful for waking up to this new day, for another chance to make good in the world around me.
So very thankful for my family (esp my kids, hubby & my mom, dad, siblings)!!
Our health.
For my pets.
For every breath I take.
That we are all here, alive & well.

I am thankful for my husband and my kids. For their health and mine. I am thankful the people I love so much love me back and think I'm a pretty good thing. :) I got the head on momma's shoulder and slow rhythmic back pat from my one year old this morning after I rescued him from his crib. That set my world just right today and for that I am thankful. Have a lovely Wednesday.

I have been especially thankful lately that my kids have reached an age where life is not really so rough. We (mostly) have a good time, they are capable of entertaining themselves if needed, it is not a hassle to take them places, they are generally good-spirited and loving....I guess right now I just don't feel overwhelmed. Busy, yes, but I don't feel crushed. I am sure it won't always be this way, so I am really trying to be mindful of this "sweet spot" and enjoy it!

I am thankful for some recovery in Al-anon!!! it's brought be so much more happiness and peace than I ever imagined.. moreover, I am happy to be attending a Math class (which prior) I had very little formal schooling, which made Math difficult for me.. However, with the right teacher (for whom I am also thankful) that can change.. I am happy to report, I got an A on my first exam!!
I am also thankful for my family and living situations as it's gotten only better and better over the years since my dysfunctional childhood... Lastly, thankful for a new day to feel better, be better and do better!!!
I am just damn thankful for it all !!! :):)

I am thankful for heat and electricity. Our power went out a couple of times the other night, and we were concerned about staying warm and freezing pipes. Fortunately the power outages were short and seem to be over with.

I'm also thankful that even though we use propane and prices have skyrocketed, we should be ok. We might have to make some adjustments or even use our credit cards a little bit, but we will be ok. Not everyone can say the same - not everyone will be able to afford more propane or the higher electric bills that this extreme cold is causing.

I am thankful for many things...

I had the best parents a kid could ask for - God called my mom home in September - and I am thankful I was there to care for her.

I have a great husband (who, yep, can drive me insane!) but he's a good man and a dad!!

I have two great boys! One's a teenager - so "great" is relative to the day!! LOL

I have a grown daughter.

I have two siblings that love me and support me, and the same is said from their side...

I still have an AWESOME dad!!! Who I get to see this summer to spread my mom's ashes with.

I have a best friend who has stuck with me for 37 years....I love her to death and am EXTREMELY thankful for her.

While I am trying to recover from walking pneumonia? I'm still alive and getting better, slowly.

I have MUCH to be thankful for...this website has introduced me to some FANTASTIC men and women! Some don't come here anymore - but we still talk on the phone and via e-mail or facebook.

What a great question!!

I'm thankful for you for asking this question so that I can see people have things have to be thankful for. It seems like everyone around me has been so negative lately, and reading everyones responses has been uplifting for me.

Thank you for asking this, and bless you. May you continue to be thankful for what is in your life, and may you continue to be blessed.

I'm thankful that after many years in corporate America, I'm finally able to spend more quality time with my kids. I never thought it would happen, but now I'm in a position (as the owner of a small business) to delegate work to others, and enjoy my kids. Soooo thankful to be able to work in a meaningful role both in my career and with my kids.

I'm thankful we were able to start homeschooling the kids this year. It is so fulfilling for me and for the kids.

I'm thankful my husband is willing to shoulder so much responsibility so I can afford to delegate. ;)

I'm thankful for my beautiful family, and my wonderful friends.

I'm thankful for this site, where I met several of my wonderful friends!

I'm thankful for our new puppy. I didn't want a puppy, and only got one because my adorable 8 year old begged for so long and so convincingly. Well, this little puppy has wiggled his way into my heart. He's so cute and so good and so smart. What fun he is. (Wait, is this the kids' puppy, or mine?! ;)
