T., that sounds aweful! I am sure you have received a bunch of advice and tried a bunch of things. I will just share with you the few things that have worked for me at times of my life when I was in a lot of muscle/joint pain: osteopathic manipulations, otherwise known as cranio-sacral therapy, acupuncture, and bikram yoga. I would google them and look into what they can do for you. I hope you find what you need out there.
